PURPOSE:To permit the quick curing of a resin and to provide a good release property of a matrix and ease of handling by consisting a resin compsn. curable by UV rays of an alkylene glycol di(meth)acrylate, thermoplastic resin and photo radical polymn. initiator. CONSTITUTION:The resin compsn. curable by UV rays which is liquid at an ordinary temp. and consists of the alkylene glycol di(meth)acrylate, the thermoplastic resin and the photoradical polymn. initiator is used. Ethylene glycol di(meth)acrylate, etc. are used as the alklene glycol di(meth)acrylate, a (meth) acrylic resin, etc., are used as the thermoplastic resin. these resins are used at compsn. ratios; 95-70wt% acrylate and 5-30wt% thermoplastic resin. Benzophenone, etc., are used for the photo radical polymn. initiator. The resin compsn. curable by UV rays is filled between a transparent substrate and the matrix and thereafter, UV rays are projected thereto from the substrate side to cure the resin compsn. curable by UV rays. The matrix is released after the curing. |
