PURPOSE:To reduce the number of assembling processes or parts and to achieve the cost reduction and miniaturization of a product, by molding an actuator operating guide, a fulcrum press spring for supporting an operation fulcrum and a rebound preventing damper part from a non-metal so as to integrate all of them with a sound-proof cover. CONSTITUTION:The operation plate guide part 11 of an actuator 5, a fulcrum press spring part 10 supporting an operation fulcrum and a rebound preventing damper part 12 are manufactured from a non-metal, for example, a resin such as polycarbonate by molding so as to be integrated with a sound-proof cover 6 for preventing noise generated at the time of printing. Because of this, the number of assembling processes can be reduced to a large extent and problems such as operational inferiority due to non-insert of parts in assembling or the lowering in the operating efficiency of an automatic assembling machine can be eliminated. Further, cost reduction due to the reduction in the number of parts by integration and the simplification of an assembling property is achieved and, further, the assembling property becomes easy and a volume is reduced and, therefore, a low cost and small-sized impact dot head can be obtained. |
