PURPOSE:To simplify an operation, and also to confirm easily an answer to the operation by connecting an attendant board which has executed a call, to a voice recognizing device of an operator's voice, and also executing a display which is capable of confirming the voice recognition. CONSTITUTION:By inserting an operator's recognition card 12 and operating a key, a central control device 16 connects a voice recognizing device 15 and an attendant board 11. An operator's code of the card 12 and a key code are transferred to a receiving 151. When a voice registration is designated, the operator's code is sent to a selecting part 155 and an area A corresponding to the operator is selected. Subsequently, a comparing and recognizing part 153 sends out a transmitting instruction of s voice to be registered, to a display plate 114 from a transmitter and receiver through a transmitting part 154. The receiving part 151 converts an operator's voice to a parameter information, and this information is stored in the area A together with a registration instructing information from the comparing and recognizing part 153. Subsequently, when the recognizing part 153 re-recognizes coincidence of the stored information and the received voice, the registration instructing information is sent out, the transmitting part 154 converts it to a transmitting signal and sents it out to the attendant board 11, and the operator confirms the reception and the character display. The recognizing device 15 sends out an exchange contorl signal corresponding to a recognized operator's voice, to a control device 16. |
