PURPOSE:To prevent the elution of decenoic acid and obtain the titled pharmaceutical having improved preservation quality and handleability, by adding a cyclodextrin mixture to gelatin to be a film-forming agent, adding and blending royal jelly with the resultant blend solution, pouring the blend into a dispersion medium oil and microencapsulating the above-mentioned blend. CONSTITUTION:Gelatin which is a film-forming agent is thoroughly blended with cyclodextrin mixture in the presence of water at, e.g. 60 deg.C, and royal jelly is then added to the resultant blend solution and further blended while stirring. The obtained blend solution is then poured into a dispersion medium oil, e.g. soybean oil, etc., heated at 60 deg.C, stirred, dispersed, microencapsulated and then cooled to, e.g. 10 deg.C, to remove the oil. The resultant microcapsules are dehydrated with an alcohol, etc., and dried to afford the titled microcapsule pharmaceutical of 150-5 mesh particle size with a smooth and beautiful surface. |
