PURPOSE:To reduce the file area and also to shorten the re-display time by storing graphs in the output style to a picture. CONSTITUTION:The coordinate data on a graph (data on the X-Y coordinates of a polygonal line graph) is stored in a coordinate data file 4. While an output instruction for polygonal line graph and the type of the graph are supplied to an input means 5. The means 5 reads the coordinate data on the ploygonal line graph designated by said output instruction and delivers it to a graph storing means 1. The means 1 draws a ploygonal line graph on the screen of a display device 6 based on said coordinate data and also stores the graph. In such a way, the graph is stored in an output style to the picture. Thus the file area is reduced and the re-display time is shortened. |
