PURPOSE:To realize the sure mold releasing of molded form and consequently improve its rate of productive operation markedly by a method wherein, the static electricity on a stripper is discharged by the ionized air sent from an ionized air generating nozzle provided above the stripper. CONSTITUTION:When a mold is opened at the end of injection molding, gaskets 6, 6..., which are molded by a core 5 installed on a core plate, are taken out of cavities 7 under the state being adhered to the core. When the core plate 2 moves from right side to left side, the stripper shakes the molded gaskets 6, 6..., which adhere to the core 5, off the core 5. At this instant, ionized air is blasted against the stripper 3 for several seconds in order to discharge the static electricity charged on the gaskets 6, 6.... Thus, the gaskets fall off the stripper without fail. |
