The invention relates to a device making it possible to print the same design several times regardless of the type of surface to be printed without it being necessary to reload it for this purpose. It consists of a pouch 3 which is fixed onto an applicator 2 which is itself incorporated in a simple casing 1, leaving a blank space 5 in which the paint is contained. When a member, to which the device is fixed by means of a self-adhesive system 6, exerts a series of pressures successively on the casing, the paint soaks into the applicator which reconstitutes it as a fine and a uniform layer over the surface to be printed, and in the permeable zones of the pouch. The device according to the invention is particularly intended for the decoration industry as well as for the advertising sector where it allows use to be made of novel display spaces. <IMAGE>
