PURPOSE:To flexibly cope with a change in a data terminal equipment by sending an operation parameter relating to the specification setting of the data terminal equipment from a center station to a slave station so as to set the specification of the data terminal equipment of the slave station. CONSTITUTION:An operation parameter as to the data terinal equipment accommodated by each slave station 3 is added to preamble part of a communication data sent from center station 2 to each slave station 3 by the operation of an operation paramter addition means. On the other hand, the operation parameter extraction means in each slave station 3 extracts the operation parameter for its own station from the preamble part. Then the specification as to input/ output data of the data terminal equipments accommodated by its own station is set based on the operation parameter extracted by the setting means in a multiplexer applying line concentration to the data terminal equipments. |
