PURPOSE:To quickly cope with the troubles of a ship by displaying selectively the contents of a memory means based on the input data given from an external input means. CONSTITUTION:If a trouble occurs during operation, a system 1 refers to a trouble manual, an operation manual and a sailing manual stored in a data file 4 in accordance with the input trouble state and diagnoses the trouble. Then the factor of the trouble is displayed on a display 3 together with the countermeasure to the trouble as well as desired operating and sailing methods. Thus an exact advice is secured to the trouble countermeasure.
