PURPOSE:To simplify a power supply circuit on the host side without damaging a memory malfunction preventing function by connecting power supply circuits to respective magnetic bubble memory cards and applying three kinds of voltages and a main power supply disconnection noticing signal to a control circuit. CONSTITUTION:When voltage is supplied from a main power supply 1 on the host side, a power supply circuit 31 in a memory card 21 or the like generates three kinds of voltages +5V, + or -12V e.g. and a power supply disconnection noticing signal voltage PF based upon the voltage drop of the power supply 1 and applies these voltages to the control circuit 5. During a prescribed period after applying the signal PF, the circuit 5 fixes magnetic bubbles on memory chips in all memory cards 21-2n so as to access prescribed positions after restoration of power supply, and after the prescribed period has been passed, stops the operation of the memory chips. Thus, the power supply circuit on the host side can be simplified without damaging the memory malfunction preventing function. |
