PURPOSE:To make a contact with outside and also to photograph the climinal in case a user of an automatic teller ATM machine is compelled to have a transaction by a threat, etc., by producing the emergency password value from the identification password value. CONSTITUTION:An arithmetic means which produces the emergency password value from the normal identification password value is previously informed to a card user. While an arithmetic executing program is stored in a program memory 7 set in an ATM. When a user puts his/her card into the ATM, the arithmetic executing program is taken out of the memory 7. Then the emergency password value, i.e., the arithmetic result is compared with the input password of the user through a primary control part 9. If the coincidence is obtained between both password values, the occurrence of an abnormal state is decided. Thus a signal is sent to a remote supervisory and control equipment 11 and an alarm is actuated to make a contact with outside. At the same time, a monitor camera 8 is actuated to photograph a climinal, etc. |
