PURPOSE:To make it possible to positively and easily perform the supply of a predetermined amount of a working liquid by alternately carrying out operation to dip a vessel into the working liquid, maintained at a temperature which is higher than a solidifying point up to an opening end thereof and an operation to maintain the vessel at a temperature which is higher than said temperature but lower than the boiling point of the working liquid. CONSTITUTION:A vessel 1 is cleaned beforehand and a nozzle having an inner diameter of approximately 2 mm is mounted on one end ant the other and is hermetically enclosed. The vessel 1 having a temperature TO which is slightly higher than a solidifying point of a working liquid 3 to be sealed is put into a thermostatic tank 4 set at a temperature T1 which is slightly lower than the boiling point of the working liquid 3. After the temperature of the full area of the vessel 1 becomes T1, the nozzle 2 turned upward is completely dipped in the working liquid 3 maintained at the temperature TO of the vessel 1. In the case where the capacity of the vessel 1 is VO, the suction amount Vcn of the working liquid 3 at the n-th time becomes Vcn-(1-A)VO, when the heating-cooling cycle of TO Ti TO is carried out n-times, and the total sum of the suction amount up to that time becomes equal to the internal working liquid 3 of the vessel 1.
