<p>First and second Hall-effect proximity sensors (13, 14) are arranged in combination with a magnet (5) so that when the magnet (5) is moved under the influence of an accelerative force or the like the output of one sensor increases while the other decreases. The magnitude of the difference between the two outputs is indicative of the force while the effects of temperature on the individual signals mutually offset one and other.</p> |
