PURPOSE:To make all switches conductive in a dynamic shift register at the time of stopping a clock signal by detecting whether or not a clock signal is in the operating state and fixing the output at the time of stopping the clock signal. CONSTITUTION:A clock input terminal 5 is connected directly and through an inverting circuit 4 to each one input of two signal switching circuits 2, 2' respectively and connected to an input of a clock operation detection circuit 1. The output of the clock operation detecting circuit 1 is connected to a control input of the signal switching circuits 2, 2'. The other input of the signal switching circuits 2, 2' is connected to a power line and the output is connected respectively to a clock terminal of a dynamic shift register 11 through drive buffers 3, 3' so as to drive an odd stage and an even stage respectively. The clock operation detection circuit supervises the clock operation and supplies the same level of fixing signals to the drive buffers 3, 3' respectively at the clock stop, then all the switches are made conductive. |
