PURPOSE:To transfer a transferable image formed on a tentative substrate onto an image receiving sheet material, then permitting the retransfer of said image onto a permanent substrate by providing a photopolymerizable adhesive layer via a strippable org. high-polymer layer layer onto a substrate. CONSTITUTION:This method consists in providing the photopolymerizable adhesive layer via the strippable org. high-polymer layer on the substrate, retransferring the image transferred and received to the photopolymerizable layer of the image receiving sheet material onto a permanent substrate, then removing the substrate of the image receiving sheet material from the photopolymerizable layer prior to the execution of the exposing operation thereof by utilizing the presence of the org. high-polymer layer, then making operations for matting and exposing. The preferable materials for the strippable org. high-polymer layer are a PVC, vinyl chloride copolymer, etc. The photopolymerizable adhesive agent is exemplified by an ethylenic multifunctional monomer having >=150 deg.C b.p. under atmospheric pressure, and photopolymerizable material contg. a photopolymn. initiator. |
