1. Artificial kidney comprising a blood circuit of the single-needle type, external to the body, the said circuit passing through a blood treatment apparatus with a selectively permeable membrane, such as a blood dialyser (13) or a blood filter (31), connected, where appropriate, to at least one device (34, 35), capable of absorbing the blood pulsations and enclosed between two blood circulation pumps (12, 19) which operate sequentially, an arterial pump (12) being arranged up-stream and a venous pump (19) downstream of the said blood treatment apparatus, characterized in that it comprises means for perfusion (23, 24, 25) of at least one solution into the said blood circuit external to the body, the said means of perfusion comprising at least one perfusion pump (24) whose driving means are synchronized with the sequential means for driving one of the said blood circulation pumps (12, 19). |
