<p>PURPOSE:To improve the durability of a bead section by making the elastic modulus of reinforcing layers of a carcass folded section larger on the side adjacent to the carcass than on the other side and specifying the thickness, elastic modulus, and composition of a rubber stock in the said tire for bus or the like. CONSTITUTION:Reinforcing layers 3a, 3b are arranged on the outside of a carcass folded section 2a, and a rubber stock 6 is inserted between the end section of the folded section 2a and the reinforcing layers 3a, 3b. In this case, the elastic modulus of the reinforcing layer 3a adjacent to the carcass folded section 2a is made larger than that of the other reinforcing layer 3b. The thickness (d) of the rubber stock 6 is made 1.0-4.0 times the cord diameter of the inside reinforcing layer 3a, and its elastic modulus is made 10-15 MPa which is larger than that of the rubber composite of the carcass layer. Cobalt metallic salt containing cobalt element 0.1-0.4 wt. pt. is arranged in this rubber. Accordingly, the durability of a bead section is improved.</p> |
