PURPOSE:To obtain the titled body which has a surface layer having an excellent durability according to a simple method by incorporating fine particles composed of a spherical resin to the surface layer of the photosensitive layer. CONSTITUTION:In the titled body having the photosensitive layer mounted on a conductive substrate body, the surface layer of the photosensitive layer contains the fine particles of the spherical resin. The used fine particles of the spherical resin is contained in the surface layer of the photosensitive layer, preferably an electric charge transfer layer. The photosensitive layer having the improved effects are obtd. by using said fine particles of the spherical resin having 0.7-1.7, preferably 0.9-1.5 specific gravity. When a laser ray is used as a light source for image-exposing, the laser ray 7 reflected on the surface of the conductive substrate body 1 is converted to the laser ray 8 which is diffused in the electric charge transfer layer 5 contg. the fine particles of the spherical resin by mixing and dispersing said fine particles in the electrostatic charge transfer layer, and no interference is caused, thereby disappearing an uneven shading on an image due to an interference fringe. The particle size (mean particle size) of the fine particle of the spherical resin is preferably 0.6-6mum, further preferably 1-4mum.
