<p>The invention relates to a device for producing sheet-like moulded parts, preferably from waste thermoplastic in granulated or shredded form. The aim and object of the invention are, with low design outlay and an energy-economical mode of operation, to achieve a high adaptability to various moulded parts and materials by means of ease of variability of the processing parameters. The device consists of two chambers (2; 3) which are connected to one another via a duct (5) in which an air flap (6) is disposed. Each chamber (2; 3) possesses a jointly closeable supply-air duct and exhaust-air duct (12; 13) and a cross-current ventilator (8) with downstream heating radiator (9) and separating elements (11) arranged approximately centrally and horizontally to form an air circuit (7). In the chambers (2; 3) are disposed press cassettes (17) which rest on pressure supports (14), an insulated pressure plate (21) being arranged above the topmost press cassette (17), which pressure plate (21) is articulatedly mounted, via a hinge (22), on a pressure rod (23) of a working cylinder (24). <IMAGE></p> |
