A viral expression vector of alpha1-AT or of a variant of alpha1-AT, chosen from: [AA<3><5><7>]alpha1-AT, [AA<3><5><8>]alpha1-AT[AA<3><5><7>,AA<3><5><8>]alpha1-AT and the corresponding variants of the truncated form [delta 1->5]alpha1-AT and [delta 1->5]alpha1-AT, characterised in that it consists of a hybrid virus of the vaccine which contains a DNA sequence coding for the said variant of alpha1-AT inserted into a nonessential part of the virus genome and under the control of an expression sequence which is effective in the vaccine. |
