PURPOSE:To increase a response speed, and also to reduce a load of a circuit by transmitting a data of a plural module portion as a collected composite data to a higher rank computer from a lower rank measuring instrument, in case there is a data request of continuous plural modules from the high rank computer. CONSTITUTION:Lower rank measuring instruments C1-Cn take charge of a control of, for instance, N loops, and each loop forms one module by data of (n) pieces, respectively. In the measuring instrument C1, 11-1n and N1-Nn form a module m1 and a module mN, respectively, and the data of (n) pieces are formed by signals of the same kind between each module. In a period in which a higher rank computer A is requesting a lump transmission of a data of a continuous plural module portion, a data of a plural module portion beginning with a designated order of the lower rank measuring instrument designated to a buffer means provided on a transmission repeater B is updated at a constant period, and in accordance with a transmission request from the higher rank computer A, the latest data of the plural module portion is transmitted to the higher rank computer side from the transmission repeater B, and an increase of a response speed and a reduction of a load of a circuit are realized simultaneously. |
