<p>PURPOSE:To get rid of an impact at a time of sta-rting and also prevent the occurrence of a foreign sound caused by the impact by shifting the phases of a pair of ring-gears and removing the backlash of a torque transmission direction. CONSTITUTION:The motor shaft 2 of an electric motor m is made to protrude into the casing 1 of a reducer a, and a sun gear 3 is fixed to this protruding portion. Planetary gears 4, 5 divided into two are made to mesh with the sun gear 3, and also a pair of ring gears 6, 7 meshing with gears 4, 5 are made to be rotatable freely against the casing 1. For these ring gears 6, 7 cut-outs 12, 13 having wall faces 12a, 13a which are at right angles to the tangential directions of gears 6, 7 are formed and their directions are made to be reverse. And when the motor shaft 2 is stopped, gears 6, 7 revolve within the limits of long holes 8, 9 by the push-pressing force of the tangential directions and then a backlash is removed by presstouching the cog-face of the gear of the side meshing with each other.</p> |
