The invention relates to a vibration damper having two mutually vibrating elements between which damping means are provided, it being possible for one of the elements to be connected to a driving engine and for the other element to be connected to a transmission and at least two dampers being provided between these elements, at least one of which dampers is fully compressed to limit the relative movement between the mutually vibrating elements.
