The present invention relates to a photosensitive transfer material comprising a peel-off layer built up from an organic polymer, a dye material layer and a photosensitive layer which contains a photosensitive product of the esterification of naphthoquinone diazide, applied in this sequence in the form of a laminate to a temporary layer base (carrier, support), which is characterised in that the photosensitive layer contains the product of the esterification of naphthoquinone diazide in an amount of from 0.02 to 0.1 g/m<2>, expressed as basic unit of naphthoquinone diazide.
