PURPOSE:To effectively prevent the secondary destruction by jointing the upper and lower bottom plates through grooves holes. CONSTITUTION:A tank bottom plate 2 is supported by the pile head parts of foundation piles 8. Though the bottom plate 2 is formed nearly integrally, a dividing surface 2c is formed in the direction of thickness on the outer periphery, and the upper bottom plate part 2a and the lower bottom plate part 2b are divided. The bolts 9a and 9b for jointing these parts are freely fitted into the elliptical groove holes 10a and 10b drilled on the bottom plate parts, and further slip-off preventing pieces 11a and 11b are installed. With such constitution, when the tank tends to be deformed by the low temperature liquid which leaks from the self erecting tank 6, a relative deflection is generated on the dividing surface 2c between the upper and lower bottom plates 2a and 2b, and contracting can be absorbed. |
