PURPOSE:To prevent the inclined mounting of an LED, and to obviate breakdown by static electricity and damage by external force by installing a fixture constituted of a metal fixing an LED fitting fastened to a printed wiring board and electrically grounding the LED fixture. CONSTITUTION:An LED fixture 4 and an LED 3 are soldered in order to fix the LED 3 to a printed wiring board 2. A cathode lead for the LED 3 is connected electrically by the fixture 4 and the pattern of the wiring board 2 at that time, and grounded by leads 5 for grounding. Consequently, when the wiring board 2 is set up to a box body 1, inclined damage is removed and the state in which the diode 3 is fitted to the wiring board 2 is kept because the diode 3 is fastened by the fixture 4. The wiring board 2 is fixed to the box body 1 by a mounting screw 6. The LED 3 is not tilted nor damaged even at the time of repair. Even when static electricity is applied when the wiring board 2 to which the LEd 3 is fitted is set up to the box body 1 or after the wiring board 2 is mounted to the box body 1, the LED 3 is not broken because the LED 3 is grounded through the fixture 4. 2a: circular hole, 4: Light-emitting diode fixture, 3: Light-emitting diode, 1b: Guide pin, 1c: Hose, 1a: Square hole. |
