PURPOSE:To aim at improvement in the operating efficiency of a stocker, by attaching a primary side coil of a linear motor to a rail forming a ring conveyor route, while dividing this conveyor route into plural areas and driving and controlling the primary side coil at each area. CONSTITUTION:A rail 6 is set up in a ring form whereby a conveyor route is formed up. In this rail 6, there are provided with a primary side coil 7 of a linear motor, a primary side unit 8 of a solenoid brake and a truck position sensor 9, and a secondary side conductor of the linear motor corresponding to a truck and a solenoid brake secondary side unit both are attached to this truck. This ring convey route is divided into plural areas A-J, and at each area, the primary side coil is controlled by a drive controlling device. Therefore, for example, such a truck (stocker) that is high in application frequency can be selected and set up in the vicinity of a takeout port, so that efficient delivery and warehousing are performable, thus operating efficiency is improved. |
