<p>PURPOSE:To simplify frame structure and to eliminate a centering work during assembly, by a method wherein a space, in which a balancer is inserted is formed between main bearings in two spots, on which coaxial centering processing is applied. CONSTITUTION:Mounting of a balancer 9 and a drive shaft 5 to a frame 6 is such that the balancer 9 is previously inserted through an outer peripheral opening 66 of the frame 6 and the attaching hole of the balancer 9 is positioned in an axis. The tip of the drive shaft 5 is inserted into the hole of the balancer 9 and first and second main bearings 61 and 62, and upon completion of the insertion, the drive shaft 5 and the balancer 9 are secured by means of a bolt 10. This mounting brings the drive shaft 5 into a state in that the drive shaft is supported by the first and second main bearings 61 and 62, and forces the balancer 9 into a state in that it is rotatable integrally with the drive shaft 5. Since the frame structure is non-division but only one-piece frame body, coaxial centering processing can be applied on the first and second main bearings 61 and 62, and coaxial centering regulation during assembly is entirely eliminated. Further, since the balancer 9 can be inserted from the outer peripheral direction of the frame 6, even if a frame is of an integral type, balancing of rotation is apt to make.</p> |
