发明名称 THERMAL TRANSFER RECORDING IMAGE RECEIVING MATERIAL
摘要 PURPOSE:To give flexibility of the base material of image receiving material and besides, to achieve the improvement of recording sensitivity by making its close adhesion to a color sheet easy, by installing a dyeing layer on the composite base material in which a specific high molecular material layer is formed on one side of the extruded sheet of the mixture of white particulate and polyester resin. CONSTITUTION:A high molecular material layer 2 is on the bottom surface of an extruded sheet 1 and a dyeing layer 4 is on its upper surface. A base material is the composite base material 3 consisting of the extruded sheet 1 and the high molecular material layer 2. The extruded sheet 1 consists of at least white particulates 5 and polyester resin 6. The white particulates 5 should preferably be not more than 10mum in average particle diameter and the polyester resin should preferably be polyethylene terephthalate resin or the like. The white particulates should preferably be added to the polyester resin by 1-100wt%. The high molecular material layer 2 is the layer consisting of high molecular material or high molecular composition having a lower thermal deformation temperature or a lower softening point than that of the extruded sheet. The dyeing layer contains at least the resin easy to be dyed by disperse dye and there are polyester series resin, acrylic series resin, etc. as the resin easy to be dyed by disperse dye.
