PURPOSE:To manufacture highly efficiently a thermoplastic resin film by adhering superiorly and cooling at a high speed, by supplying oxygen gas between a melt and an electrode composed of a rotary drum, in a method where static charge is precipitated on a thermoplastic resin melt resulting from melt extrusion through a slitlike die and the melt is stuck close to the surface of the rotary drum for cooling. CONSTITUTION:At extruded melt 4 passed through a space of electrostatic field obtained by applying direct current voltage to a space between a rotary drum 5 and an electrode 6 composed of a wire and knife edge by a direct current electric source generater 7, adheres close to the rotary drum 5, quenched down to a predetermined temperature and is rolled round by a rolling equipment 8. Oxygen gas is supplied into a space between the electorde 6 and rotary drum 5 from an oxygen supply source 9 by a nozzle 10, in such a continuous process. All sorts of polymers which can be extruded in a melt extrusion method are included as thermoplastic resin for a usable plastic film. An oxygen gas having 20vol% or more concentration is preferable. Generally 0.1l-100l per minute is supplied as a supply quantity. |
