PURPOSE:To obtain a sharp peak with reduced noise, by calculating primary and secondary moving average data and dispersion data with respect to the time series data obtained from a photon counter and coupling the primary and secondary moving average data corresponding to the dispersion data value. CONSTITUTION:The chromatogram data from a counter 4 is once stored in a memory 5a and a first operation part 5b performs moving average processing with respect to raw data to obtain primary moving average data. A second operation part 5c obtains secondary moving average data from said data. A third operation part 5d calculates dispersion value data from the primary and secondary moving average data. A fourth operation part 5e couples the primary and secondary moving average data according to the dispersion value to calculates coupling data which is, in turn, sent to a recorder 6 to obtain a chromatogram. By this constitution, noise is reduced and a sharp peak is obtained.
