PURPOSE:To prevent a malfunction, etc., caused by a contact failure to an external device, and a leak current, by executing an input of power and an input and an output of a signal through an optical/electric transducer, a transmission signal/electric signal transducer, and an electric signal/transmission signal transducer, which are not exposed to the outside. CONSTITUTION:An information card 20 has a roughly rectangular card body made of plastic, etc., and the inside of its card body 21 is provided with an optical/electric transducer 22, a power source circuit 23, a transmission signal/ electric signal transducer 24, a memory controlling circuit 25, a memory 26, and an electric signal/transmission signal transducer 27. The optical/electric transducer 22 receives a supply of power in a shape of light energy, and in the same way, the transmission signal/electric signal transducer 24 and the electric signal/transmission signal transducer 27 execute an operation for sending and receiving input/output signals in a shape of an optical signal, etc. Also, the power source circuit 23 supplies power which is given through the optical/ electric transducer 22, to a circuit of the inside. In this way, a signal can be sent and received by no power source, and also, with non-contact, and a malfunction, etc. caused by a contact failure and a leak current are not generated. |
