PURPOSE:To easily judge the effectiveness of a data string at a first transmission time, by attaching specific information capable of recognizing whether the data string is valid or invalid, on the data string. CONSTITUTION:A control element 15 generates a new storage data by attaching a latest data divided at the previous time and stored in a RAM, at the front of an inputted storage data, and divides it by every number of processing unit data, and attach the property information on each of them. In such way, at the time of outputting the data string, first of all, the specific infromation which represents whether the data string is valid or invalid, is outputted. Therefore, in case of reading the data string having a data length impossible to be outputted in one time of transmission, the effectiveness of the data string can be easily judged at the first transmission time. |
