<p>PURPOSE:To contrive the improvement in reliability by a simple constitution by bonding a rotary transformer to a cylinder by use of a bonding means and driving a flexible substrate of the rotary transformer into an insertion-hole of the rotary transformer by use of an insertion means. CONSTITUTION:A rotary transformer 11 on which an addhesive is applied is mounted on a holding part 21 of a bonding mechanism so as to correspond to an insertion-hole 14 of a lower cylinder 12 placed on a receptor 20. When it is lowered in a direction of arrow D, the rotary transformer 11 is bonded to a recess 13 of the lower cylinder 12. Next, the lower cylinder 12 comprising the rotary transformer 11 is mounted on a receptor 22 of an insertion mechanism in a manner a flexible substrate 10 of the rotary transformer 11 corresponds to a drive-in member 25 of an air cylinder 24 and an air cylinder 23 of the insertion mechanism is driven. Then, the air cylinder 24 drives its drive part 24a in a direction of arrow E to move the drive-in member 25 in the same direction, thereby pushing the flexible substrate 10 into the insertion-hole 14 of the lower cylinder 12.</p> |
