PURPOSE:To secure the dynamic change of the number of circuits a line group name line name, etc. which are regarded as collection delivery processing conditions, by designating or initializing previously the operating conditions of a distant station of communication when the collection/delivery processing is carried out between the start of a center and that of a terminal. CONSTITUTION:This system consists of an input part 1, a register processing part 2, an operating condition file 3, an initialization processing part 4, a collection/delivery processing part 5, a circuit control processing part 6, an operating information table 7, a change indication processing part 8, an indicating part 9, an inquiry part 10 and an output part 11. The part 1 supplies the operating condition designating data on the circuit number, line group name, line name, time band, etc. The part 5 decides the collection/delivery processing conditions based on the contents of the table 7 and give a dial production request to the part 6 to carry out the communication processing after receiving circuit connection end information from the part 6. Furthermore, the part 5 gives an answer to the inquiry about the circuit using state given from the part 10 and also output said circuit using state to the part 11.
