The invention relates to a connection element between an electric connector and a connector contact. The element comprises a shank intended to receive the electric cable and an active contact part intended to ensure electric connection and mechanical cohesion with the contact. The active part at least is of conductive shape-memory material and is shaped in a manner to be able to tightly adapt to the contact in a first shape-memory state, and to be able to ensure the disengagement and/or engagement of the element in a second shape-memory state.
