PURPOSE:To enable stored data to be held without using an external power, by arranging a power source at a base material. CONSTITUTION:The power required for the operation of a RAM10, an address latch 14, and a data latch 15 is supplied from the outside by a control part 18, and while no read/write operation is performed, the power source is switched to a built-in battery 30 by the control part 18, thereby, the power required for the holding of the data in the RAM10 is supplied. In such way, it is possible to hold the stored data even in case of supplying no external power.
