The process consists of (a) dissolving 0.2-0.6 % foaming cellulosic deriv. in 24-30% water; (b) stirring the soln. at 600 rpm. with a saw-tooth stirrer blade; (c) adding 35-52% pigment consisting of 0.003-0.017 ultramarine blue, 10-16% rutile TiO2 and 23-37% calcium carbonate and aluminium silicate; (d) stirring the mixt. at 1200 rpm; (e) adding 15-30% synthetic resin emulsified in water and 1-25% thickener consisting of alcoholamine titanate; and (f) stirring at 600 rpm.
