<p>A force sensor 1 comprises a parallelepipedal block 2, which is higher than it is wide, which is empty (hollow) in the direction of the width, so that it forms a parallelogram which is deformable by means of the presence of thinned regions 9A to 9D in the direction of the height; elements sensitive to a deformation by flexing 13A and 13B are fixed on a substantially horizontal edge of the block, opposite two 9A and 9B of the thinned regions, which have greater flexibility than the other thinned regions 9C and 9D. This allows great ease of manufacture at low cost, simultaneously combining a high level of precision in measurement and a low sensitivity to off-centre or eccentric loads.</p> |
