<p>A murine monoclonal antibody of class IgG1 has the properties: (a) it reacts with all normal human peripheral blood and lymph node B cells but not with normal peripheral blood or lymph node T cells, null cells, macrophages, platelets, red blood cells or granulocytes, (b) exhibits reactivity with specified human B-cell lines, (c) reacts with specified human B-cell lymphomas and B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemias, (d) does not react with human lymphoma or leukemia T-cell tumours, (e) does not react with normal human tissues other than specified B cells of peripheral blood and lymph node and (f) does not react with specified human solid tumour cell lines.</p> |
