Confectionery prod. having a protective action of the teeth comprises a mixt. of yeast; mono- and di-saccharides (A); polysaccharides (B), pref. at least as much as (A), and opt. usual confectionery ingredients, and is formulated as an edible solid or liq. Pref. the compsn. contains (by wt.) 5-20% yeast; 7-50wt.% (A) and the same amt. of (B). |
