Disclosed is a liquid detergent composition which comprises the following three ingredients: (a) an alkanolamine salt of phosphoric ester represented by the formula (I) or (II) (I) (II) (b) an alkanolamine salt of a higher fatty acid, the alkanolamine having an alkyl group whose carbon atoms are 2 or 3 in number, and (c) an alkylamine oxide which has a hydrocarbon group having 10-14 carbon atoms.
