Protection against inclement weather, for a motorised lightweight vehicle having a seat with a large suspension travel for which protection a roof 57 forming a rain shield is securely fastened to the seat 16 and a windscreen 62 is securely fastened to the roof 57 by its upper part and to the chassis 41 of the vehicle by its lower part, the curvature of the windscreen 62 changing automatically as a function of the suspension travel of the seat 16.
