The air outlet grating (2) with a plane flange (12) has an overframe (15) mounted in a flush manner in the wall cutout (6) of a tubular air guide duct. Fastened in the overframe in a flush manner are protection bars (22) which protect the air guide lamellae (9, 10) against damage by an impacting object. Inclined flanges (19) of the overframe have the effect that only a minimum projection of the overframe beyond the wall (5) of the air guide duct is present. <IMAGE>
