2-(N-ALKYNYL-N-PHENYLAMINO)IMIDAZOLINE COMPOUNDS

Substituted 2-(N-alkynyl-N-phenylamino)imidazoline derivatives of the formula I in which R<1>, R<2>, R<3> and R<4> are defined as in the description, and n can denote the numbers 1, 2 or 3, and their acid addition salts are described. The novel compounds have useful pharmacological and therapeutic properties. The novel compounds are obtained by selective alkynylation on the exocyclic nitrogen atom of the corresponding phenyliminoimidazolidines of the formula II.
