PURPOSE:To perform opening of an effective gate part and an injection molding processing of a molten resin by making it possible to locally heat the effective gate part, by supplying a current to a heater for locally heating the gate part until a time when a synthetic resin is molten to reach a set temp. for opening a gate. CONSTITUTION:A probe body 7 is constituted so that a heater 8 is faced to each gate 5 to make it possible to heat locally a gate part 4. The supply time of a current to the heater 8 can be regulated by providing a time setting mechanism to a controller 10. Therefore, when the heater 8 is desired to be heated to temp. equal to or less than a final arrival temp. thereof, necessary temp. can be obtained from the heater by controlling the current supply time. By this constitution, a minute amount of synthetic resin around the gate part can be melted instantaneously. Because of a time control system, complicated constitution is not required and the probe body can be merely controlled only on the basis of a lock signal and, therefore, said probe body can be formed inexpensively. |
