PURPOSE:To easily apply the title sheet to various articles to thereby enhance anti-forgery properties of the articles, by sequentially laminating a hiding layer, a thermal color forming layer comprising a leuco dye heat-sensitive material or a diazo heat-sensitive material and an adhesive layer on a support base. CONSTITUTION:A hiding layer 1, a thermal color forming layer 2 and an adhesive layer 3 are sequentially provided on a support base 10. The hiding layer 1 is provided in order that parts of the thermal color forming layer 2 color- developed by printing by a thermal head and non-developed parts can not be visually distinguished. The hiding layer 1 preferably has a high reflectance in a visible light range and a high transmittance in an IR region. The thermal color forming layer 2, in which information is recorded through color forming by heating by the thermal head, comprises a binder in which a leuco dye heat- sensitive material or a diazo dye thermal color forming material is contained as a thermal color forming material together with required additives. The adhesive layer 3 is provided for firmly adhering this recording medium to an article, the comprises a heat-sensitive adhesive and a pressure-sensitive adhesive which are used for general transfer sheets. |
