PURPOSE:To ensure the sending of a digital service channel signal by sending a digital service channel signal and a signal detecting the state of a line fault at a radio terminal station reception section without error from an intermediate repeater station if line interruption due to a fault of the intermediate repeater station takes place. CONSTITUTION:A frame synchronization signal generation section 2 generates a frame synchronizing signal and a pseudo random signal generating section 3 generates a pseudo random signal respectively in place of a main signal by using an output of an oscillator 1 according to a timing control signal from a timing control signal generating section 5. Then a parity bit generating section 4 applies the parity check to the pseudo random signal to generate a parity bit and the bit is outputted while being inverted. A multiplex section 6 multiplaxes a frame synchronizing signal and a pseudo random signal, and the parity bit and the pseudo random signal, and sends them together with the pseudo random signal and a digital service channel (DSC) location signal. Thus, while the sending of the DSC signal is ensured in case of the line fault, the line relieve is started.
