PURPOSE:To constitute a differential voltage current conversion circuit with less number of parts and suitable for circuit integration and to widen the input voltage range by combining a current mirror circuit and a level shift diode. CONSTITUTION:An emitter of an NPN transistor (TR) Q1, a cathod of a diode D1 and an input terminal of the current mirror circuit CM are connected in common. Then one terminal of a resistor R1, a base of the TR Q1 and an output terminal of the current mirror circuit CM are connected in common to use the other terminal of a 1st resistor R1 as a 1st input voltage terminal T1. One terminal of a 2nd resistor R2 is connected to the node of the diode D1, the other terminal of the resistor R2 is used as a 2nd input voltage terminal T2 and the collector of the TR Q1 is used as an output terminal T3.
