PURPOSE:To attain the communication with a priority by releasing a line in a short time by itself while automatic incoming is executed when the incoming call is detected at the time of an automatic communication. CONSTITUTION:It is informed through a home bus 3 that some emergency situation occurs and the conditions to be automatically communicated are established. At the time of the condition, when a line is not tied the incoming call detection is not executed, a dialing action can be executed to a prescribed communicating destination, and on the other hand, the incoming call detection is executed, a communicating action is abandoned once and the automatic incoming is executed. Thereafter, it is informed by a sound message at a calling side that the emergency situation is occurring and it is requested that the line to execute the communicating action is released. Further, since the priority is given to the communicating action, a calling condition is stopped by turning off the line at the incoming call side, namely, an automatic communicating terminal equipment 1 side.
